Join us on Zoom for a guided meditation practice with Jennifer Wang. Jennifer has been a regular practitioner of mindfulness and meditation for over 15 years in the Theravada Insight, Shambhala, and Plum Village traditions. Jennifer is the co-founder of the Nashville POC Sangha and a facilitator at One Dharma and Wild Heart meditation centers. Join us for a meditation offering focused on fostering self-care and nurturing our collective well-being. All educators and caregivers are invited; no experience needed.
